General Terms & Conditions to own the commemorative
bust of Michael Servetus
1. Price of products: You will receive the bust accompanied
by a Certificate of Authenticity after making a donation of
a suggested minimum amount of 60 €. Shipping and insurance
are included.
2. Payment details:
- Credit card via an Internet security system (https) of Caixa
Catalunya.
– Cheque by registered post.
– Bank transfer to a current account.
3. Delivery: Orders will be delivered by either urgent
courier or registered post, whichever is more convenient for
you. Delivery costs, without distinction of country, will
be paid by the Servetus International Society.
4. Despatch: Orders will be despatched within 2 and
4 weeks of receiving the order and placing the payment. You
may track on your order by sending an email at pedidos@servetus.org
5. Returns policy: If you need to return your product,
please send in writing a request by email within 5 days of
receipt. We will refund the purchase price for that item to
you except for the costs of returning the goods to us. Please
clearly state:
- Name and email address.
– Number and date of order.
– Purchased items and their prices.
– Reason why you wish to return the item
6. Claims: Please be aware that the Servetus International
Society shall have no liability to you for any damage to goods
delivered unless we receive your email notice within 48 hours
after the receipt day.
7. Privacy and data protection policy: We will keep
the information you entrust by keeping it safely and securely
according to our
privacy policy.

Not-for-Profit organisation whose founders, activists and
contributors work generously and unselfishly. We will try
to ensure that the Terms & Conditions mentioned above
are firmly upheld. However, we apologise in advance if at
