The Executive Board of Servetus International Society shall be a Chairman, a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary-Treasurer, and four Directors whose duties shall be such as are implied by their respective titles, and who collectively shall constitute the Executive. The Board shall be elected by majority vote at the annual meeting of the Society. There shall be an Honorary President elected at the annual meeting from the honorary membership of the Society.

The Society shall identify suitable patrons, who will be distinguished by their exceptional merits or works made in favor of the goals of the Servetus International society. This extraordinary status may be conferred by the Fellows at the Annual Meeting.
